PAYMENT A non-refundable deposit is due upon signing the contract. £100 deposit is required for The Mirror & £50 deposit is required for The Pearl. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event date. Your booking is confirmed once the booking form has been signed and returned and the deposit paid. Deposits paid are non refundable. If full payment is not made by the due date, (2 weeks before event ), we, Just A-Pose, reserve the right to cancel the booking and your deposit will not be refunded. You have the right to cancel within 7 days of booking. This cooling off period will not apply if the booking is 14 days or less away from the event date and no refund will be given if the hire is cancelled.

ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR SELFIE MIRROR/PEARL Client will arrange for an appropriate space for the Selfie Mirror/Pearl at the event’s venue. Client will provide a mains electricity supply comprising a single 13 amp socket within the space designated for the Selfie Mirror/Pearl. Any delay in the performance or damage to the Selfie Mirror/Pearl equipment due to improper power is the responsibility of the client. We use a 8’ x 8’ backdrop, which could be different to other vendors and some venues are not aware of the space required, so please notify them of this. We can work without the backdrop, should this be an issue for the venue. 
It is your responsibility to check if the venue has a lift if the venue is upstairs. We reserve the right to cancel the hire without refund if we have not been informed about stairs to get to the function room, due to the size and mobility of the equipment.

DATE CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least 30 days prior to the original event date. Change is subject to Selfie Mirror/Pearl availability and receipt of a new Hire Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and event cancelled.  Any cancellation occurring less than 30 days prior to the event date shall forfeit all payments received.

DAMAGE TO PROVIDERS EQUIPMENT AND REFUSAL Client acknowledges that they shall be responsible for any damage or loss to our equipment caused by{ a) any misuse of our Equipment by Client or their guests
( invited or uninvited ) or b) Any theft. Client acknowledges we shall have the right to decline service to client’s guests ( invited or uninvited ), for misuse, inappropriate photos or unruly behaviour.

PHOTOS TAKEN AT EVENT Client agrees to and understands the following: All guests using the Mirror/Pearl hereby give to Just A- Pose; the right and permission to copyright and use, any pictures taken at the event for marketing purposes such as social media. In addition. they release and discharge Just A-Pose from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said pictures or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for invasion of privacy.

MISCELLANEOUS TERMS In the event we are unable to supply a working Selfie Mirror/Pearl for 80% of the Service Period, Client shall be refunded a prorated amount based on the amount of service received. If the printer fails to print out photos on site, we will provide the client with a link containing all photos taken at the event. Digital copies will be made available on Facebook.
Our props are not for sale and should not be removed from the mirror area.
Children under 12 years should be supervised at all times.
Props are not to be played with or taken away from the booth area.
It is not within our control as to how many photos are taken during a hire, we can’t force people to use the Mirror/Pearl, but we do give each guest a great experience and guide them through the process.
By signing the booking contract, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
